- Check watchlists numbers relative to market cap on coinmarketcap.com
- Lack of listings on reputable exchanges such as: FTX, Binance, Coinbase, Kucoin, Kraken, Gemini
- Sh¡tco¡ns are more likely listed on Uniswap and Pancakeswap because there is no vetting process for these DEXs. Anyone can list, and trading volume can be manipulated.
- Poorly written white papers.
- Should have open source code on GitHub.
- Current coin distribution should be easily verifiable on a blockchain explorer and all wallets addresses belonging to the team should be clearly labeled. Because if most of the token or coin supply is held by the team, they could sell at any time and crash the price.
- Excessive following with cult following.
- Founders should have a history viewable on LinkedIn as CTOs, CFOs.
